Key features
Wisdomise's pipeline consists of eight stages: Intake, Discovery, Architecture, Foundations, Build, Hardening, The gate, and Release & handover. The first four stages occur before any code is written, ensuring scope and architecture are solid. Build and hardening run in three parallel lanes—design, product, and engineering—which must all clear the gate together. AI is integrated throughout the delivery process, used for scaffolding, review, tests, and migrations, rather than being a separate feature. The gate ensures all three lanes report green before release, with any red lane stopping the release.
