Reglyph handles the full pipeline in one pass: no separate OCR step to run yourself and no copying formatting back by hand. It accepts any scanned or image PDF up to 100 MB, including a phone scan saved as PDF.

Layout preservation is the core feature. Rows, cells and multi-column text keep their shape; seals, signatures and numbers are left as they are; illustrations and photos are not redrawn. The bilingual PDF option lets you check each page against the original. The page lists popular language pairs including Japanese, Spanish, Chinese, German and Hindi to English, plus English to Spanish, Chinese and Brazilian Portuguese, and states that all language pairs are supported.

Reglyph is aimed at documents that are hard to translate. The page names birth certificates, where registry fields and seals stay in place; academic transcripts, where grade tables keep every row; bank statements, where every row and balance stays where it was; and medical records, where lab tables and notes are kept line for line.

It also covers legal documents with clause numbering and headers preserved, and books or manuscripts with old prints, engravings and footnotes kept. The page notes that people using other workflows report spending 30–60 minutes per document copying formatting back by hand, which Reglyph aims to remove.

Reglyph lists three plans. Pay-as-you-go is a one-time purchase at $0.30 a page from 10 pages, so 10 pages cost $3; pages never expire and files can be up to 100 MB.

Lite costs $9 per month and includes 100 pages every month at $0.09 per page, plus 5 bonus pages refreshed daily. Pro costs $29 per month and includes 500 pages every month at $0.06 per page, 5 bonus pages refreshed daily, and unused pages roll over up to 1,500. All plans allow files up to 100 MB. The page states that pages are pages, with no multiplier for scanned files, and that 5 pages are free with no credit card required.
