About PicKey ai
What is PicKey
PicKey is a password manager that replaces traditional text-based passwords with visual authentication. Users can log in by taking a photograph of a memorable object or scene, which serves as their 'Master Key'. The app uses advanced AI to recognize the image, even if objects move around. There is no master password to remember, making login easy and password-free.
Key features
PicKey combines a chosen image with a collectable 3D model to create a unique Master Key. It offers an optional feature called MagicPass, which uses a patented algorithm to store only an index for each site, regenerating passwords without storing the full text. Users can securely share passwords with family and friends, controlling access duration. The app also includes a security learning tracker with badges and rewards.
Use cases
PicKey is suitable for anyone who finds it difficult to remember complex passwords. It is especially useful for those who want a more intuitive and visual way to manage their online security. The sharing feature is beneficial for families or teams needing to grant temporary access to accounts. The learning progress feature helps users improve their overall online safety habits.
Pricing
The page mentions a free Pro subscription as a reward for improving security, but does not provide detailed pricing plans. For more information, users are directed to the Pricing Plans link in the footer.
