The generator offers four style presets and lets you choose between Classic (4 px) and Slim (3 px) arm models before generating. You select photo regions with draggable boxes, or enter box percentages with the keyboard. After generation you get a 3D view you can rotate with drag or sliders, plus front and back views. Hair, shirt, pants and shoes colors can be edited while shading stays in place, and a reset returns to the sampled colors. Skins can be saved as 64×64 PNG files, with a visible watermark by default or without one using a credit. The page also links to a separate Skin Editor for refining individual pixels and to a 3D viewer for other PNG skins.

The page describes custom skins for personalizing your character, with examples such as Halloween, Christmas and movie-inspired skins. Because the tool samples hair shape, facial hair and glasses, it suits players who want a skin that reflects their own look rather than a downloaded template. The output works for both Java and Bedrock editions: on Java you open the launcher's Skins section, choose the matching Classic or Slim arm model and select the PNG, while Bedrock on mobile or Windows imports through the Dressing Room under Classic Skins → Owned. The page notes that consoles cannot import a custom PNG. A section on server avatars suggests using the skin as your in-game identity on multiplayer servers.

Saving a skin with a visible watermark is free. Removing the watermark costs one credit, and credit packs start at $1.69 according to the page. Using a credit also covers the Save PNG step. The page states that photos stay on the device and that account history stores only generated skins.
